The HE-024-MS and HE-024-FS are a male-female pair of 24-pin contact inserts featuring spring-clamp termination, designed to fit size 24B housings. Key specifications include a 16A/500V rating and a configuration of 24 signal contacts plus one PE (protective earth) contact.

The advantage of spring-clamp termination is straightforward: simply insert the stripped wire—no screwdrivers or crimping tools required. Wiring 24 points via simple insertion is far faster than tightening screws. Furthermore, the spring mechanism maintains constant pressure on the wire, ensuring the connection remains secure even under machine vibration, eliminating the need for frequent maintenance checks.
