A3: During 8:00 am to 17:00 pm, your inquiry will be response within 2 hours, not less than 12 hours.
Q4: How long is the deliver time?
A4. It usually takes about 1 working days for sample order and 3- 15 days for big order.
Q5: What is the price of shipping?
A5: For small order, we would like to deliver by DHL/TNT/FEDEX. It is expensive but door to door service. For big order, we advise to ship by sea and sea freight will be depends on destination port and generally speaking, sea freight is very cheap compare to goods value.
