The H48B housings are made of high-quality die-cast aluminium alloy, which are light weight and with excellent corrosion-resistant feature.

Our unique stainless steel clips make them waterproof at IP65 and be used even under the harshest environments against frost and vibrations.

1. Locking Levers is made by Stainless steel 304 grade, which give a strong protection against rusting, instead of steel material adopted by many other manufacturers

2. We adopt high quality PC material from SABIC company for the inserts and copper alloy H62 material for contacts to ensure the electrical function.

3.Strong design to make sure more than 500 plugging cycle

4. We own over 10000mm² of assembly space and reach monthly output of 100,000 pieces.

5. All products is QC checked before packing. We confirms to ISO2008:9001 system and own various test machine, including Silver plating density test machine, flame retardant machine, Salt spray test machine and plugging (push and pull strength) test machine.
